You can get free ketchup, mustard, salt & pepper from fast food joints if you don't mind being a bit sleazy. 2.) Optionally you can skin your apples, but that's only at your child's request of course. 3.) Portion 1/2 an apple per meal into spears 4.) Portion 4 animal crackers per meal 5.) Portion approximately 10-15 grams of veggie straws per meal 6.) Weigh out 45 grams of ground beef and press into thin flat burger patties 7.) Grill burgers for approximately 2 minutes per side at 250°F and let them drain on paper towel 8.) Rehydrate the mined onions in water. Use approximately 1/2 tsp for each burger 9.) Build your burger with the hamburger bun, burger patty, american cheese, dehydrated onions and 1 pickle chip 10.)
